This site and the MB Studio app are operated by Mariana Boiko Photography (“the studio,” “we,” “us”). The site is built and maintained on the studio's behalf by Cedar Digital.
This policy covers marianaboiko.com and the MB Studio iOS app. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, such as Instagram.
Contact and inquiry form. When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number if you provide one, your message, and the details of your event (session type, timing, location, vision). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your session.
Client galleries. To view your photos, you enter a gallery code and password that the studio gives you. Your gallery also contains the photos the studio uploads for you.
MB Studio app. The app is used by the studio to manage inquiries and galleries. When the studio signs in on the app, we store a device push token so the studio can be notified of new inquiries. This notification feature is for the studio's account only, not for clients.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard connection logs (such as IP address and browser type) briefly, for security and reliability. We also use a bot-check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the contact form to block spam submissions; it does not track you across other sites.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Gallery photos are private and only accessible to the client who holds the matching gallery code and password. Photos are stored on Cloudflare's storage infrastructure. Clients may download their photos at their own choice. In the MB Studio app, a photo is only saved to a device's camera roll when the client taps save.
We host this site and store data on Cloudflare, using Cloudflare's database and storage services on Cloudflare's edge network. Email sent from the contact form is delivered through Resend.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described in this policy (such as our hosting and email providers), or when required by law.
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to serve the client. Galleries are kept until they expire or the studio removes them. Push tokens are deleted once they become invalid or the studio signs out of the app.
Contact the studio to access, correct, or delete your information. You can disable notifications for the app at any time in iOS Settings.
This site and app are not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
